摘要
目的探讨中医护理治疗中风后便秘的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2016年3月~2018年2月我院收治的50例中风后便秘患者的临床资料并分为观察组和对照组。对照组包括23例接受常规护理的患者,观察组包括27例接受常规护理联合中医针灸和敷贴的患者,比较治疗后两组患者的便秘症状。结果治疗2周后,两组的便秘情况均有改善,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,观察组便秘积分优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组近期疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组远期疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医针灸和敷贴能够改善中风后便秘患者的排便功能。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing in treatment of constipation after stroke.Methods Clinical data of 50 patients with constipation after stroke who were admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 and February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed and they were divided into the observation group and the control group.23 patients in the control group were given routine nursing while 27 patients in the observation group were given routine nursing combined with TCM acupuncture and moxibustion and plaster application.The symptoms of constipation were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment for 2 weeks,the constipation condition was improved in both groups,and the improvement in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment for 2 weeks,the constipation score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The short-term curative effects of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The long-term curative effects of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM acupuncture and moxibustion and plaster application can improve defecating function of patients with constipation after stroke.
