摘要
目的观察正念减压法在带状疱疹性眼炎护理中的应用。方法选取我院2017年1月~2018年10月收治的带状疱疹性眼炎患者48例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组各24例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上应用正念减压法干预。比较两组患者干预前后自我效能感(GSES)量表、负性情绪[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]评分变化以及症状改善效果。结果对照组患者干预后GSES评分无明显变化(P>0.05),观察组患者GSES评分较干预前明显升高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者干预后HAMA、HAMD评分均较干预前明显降低,观察组明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组症状改善优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对带状疱疹性眼炎患者应用正念减压法护理可有助于改善心理状态,提高其自我效能感和治疗依从性。
Objective To observe the application of mindfulness-based stress reduction in nursing of herpes zoster ophthalmia.Methods 48 patients with herpes zoster ophthalmia who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given mindfulness-based stress reduction for intervention on this basis.The changes of scores of general self-efficacy scale(GSES)scale,negative emotions[Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)]and symptom improvement effects were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results There was no significant change in GSES score after intervention in the control group(P>0.05).GSES score of the observation group after intervention was significantly higher than that before intervention,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of HAMA and HAMD after intervention in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before intervention,and the scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of symptom improvement in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness-based stress reduction nursing for patients with herpes zoster ophthalmia can help to improve psychological status and promote self-efficacy and treatment compliance.
