摘要
目的探析孕产妇产前检测免疫学检验项目的临床应用价值。方法选取2017年1月~2018年1月行产前检查的200例孕产妇为主要对象,以孕早期和孕晚期接受检查作为分组依据,100例/组。对照组在孕晚期进行检查,观察组在孕早期检查,比较两组的临床指标。结果观察组的高危妊娠发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的新生儿不良事件发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在孕早期采用免疫学检验项目对孕产妇进行产前检测可有效降低高危妊娠的发生率,同时可降低围产期的不良事件发生率,孕产妇对检查结果的满意度高,可进一步推广和应用。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of immunological test items for prenatal detection of pregnant women.Methods 200 pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as main research objects.Examinations in the first trimester and the third trimester were used as the grouping basis,and they were divided into two groups,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was examined in the third trimester,and the observation group was examined in the first trimester.Clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of high-risk pregnancy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prenatal testing of pregnant women during the first trimester of pregnancy can effectively reduce the incidence of high-risk pregnancy and reduce the incidence of adverse events during the perinatal period.Pregnant women have high satisfaction degree with test results and it can be further promoted and applied.
