摘要
目的观察复发性自然流产患者不良情绪特征,并进行多因素分析。方法选择2017年1月~2018年10月我院98例复发性自然流产患者,将66例至少伴随1种不良情绪的患者纳入观察组;将另32例无不良心理情绪患者纳入对照组。分析患者不良心理情绪特征,并采用单因素与多因素分析引起反复性自然流产患者出现不良心理情绪的危险因素。结果观察组不良心理情绪的主要特征是焦虑和抑郁,分别占36.73%和46.94%;经单因素与多因素分析后发现,文化程度、家庭月收入<3000元、年龄>35岁、流产次数>3次以及婚姻不稳定是引起复发性自然流产患者出现不良心理情绪的危险因素。结论医护人员应加强对高危复发性自然流产患者进行有效筛选给予重点心理干预,尽可能减少甚至避免复发性自然流产患者不良心理情绪产生。
Objective To observe unhealthy emotional characteristics of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion and to explore multivariate analysis.Methods Ninety-eight patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected.66 patients with at least one bad emotion were included in the observation group and 32 patients with no unhealthy psychological emotion were included in the control group.Unhealthy psychological emotions of patients were analyzed.Univariate and multivariate analysis was performed to determine the risk factors of unhealthy psychological emotions in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.Results The main characteristics of unhealthy psychological emotions in the observation group were anxiety and depression,accounting for 36.73%and 46.94%respectively.After univariate and multivariate analysis,it was found that education level,family monthly income less than 3000 yuan,age over 35 years old,number of abortions over 3 times and marital instability were the risk factors causing unhealthy psychological emotions in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.Conclusion Medical staff should strengthen the effective screening and give key psychological intervention to patients with high-risk recurrent spontaneous abortion to minimize or even avoid the occurrence of adverse psychological emotions in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.
