正畸分牙技术用于早期邻面龋复合树脂充填治疗时的临床疗效被引量：2

摘要目的分析早期邻面龋复合树脂充填治疗中应用正畸分牙技术的临床效果。方法2014年3月至2017年9月,于我院收治的早期邻面龋患者中选取92例,共有患牙150颗,以治疗方式为依据,分为两组,对照组行常规修复治疗,观察组行分牙修复治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果术后1周,两组患者均完整保存了树脂充填体,没有出现继发龋、边缘着色现象;术后1年,观察组牙龈炎症、食物嵌塞、边缘着色成功率均高于对照组,差异显著,χ2=3.8431、4.3324、4.3324,P<0.05。结论早期邻面龋复合树脂充填治疗中应用正畸分牙技术的应用效果显著,有利于更多牙体组织保留、精准去龋、精细抛光充填体。
