摘要
采用正交试验设计方法,通过喷涂和浸渍处理两种工艺分别对玉米秸秆板进行实验室阻燃处理试验,对比研究自制双氰胺-磷酸复合阻燃剂、碳酸氢铵-硼酸复合阻燃剂和BL环保阻燃剂的阻燃效果。结果表明,所有经阻燃处理的玉米秸秆试板的氧指数均大于32%,达到GB 8624—2012《建筑材料及制品燃烧性能分级》中B1级难燃材料的氧指数要求,热重实验得出阻燃剂是通过减少可燃物和稀释助燃剂两个方面达到了阻燃的效果。
Using the orthogonal test design method,the flame retardant effect of self-made dicyandiamide-phosphoric acid composite flame retardant,ammonium bicarbonate-boric acid composite flame retardant and BL environmental friendly flame retardant were studied by spraying and impregnation treatment for flame retardant processing of corn straw-panels.The results showed that the oxygen index of all flame retardant corn straw-panels was more than 32%,which reached the oxygen index requirement of B1 grade flame retardant material in GB 8624—2012 Classification of combustion performance of building materials and products.Thermogravimetric experiments showed that flame retardant achieved flame retardant effect by reducing combustibles and diluting flame retardants.
