摘要
为探究石蜡油浴对红木颜色的影响,使用不同牌号的石蜡对两种红木进行油浴处理,并采用SPSS软件统计分析不同石蜡牌号、油浴时间和温度对红木表面颜色的影响。得到结论如下:同牌号石蜡、不同试验温度和时间的油浴处理对交趾黄檀颜色变化影响较大,对刺猬紫檀影响相对较小。试验温度的升高、时间的增加均使得刺猬紫檀和交趾黄檀色差值变大。石蜡油浴处理对交趾黄檀颜色变化影响最大,刺猬紫檀其次,且处理工艺达到100℃、24 h时,2种红木树种颜色变化趋于稳定。
In order to study the effect of paraffin oil bath on the color of hongmu,several types of paraffin were used to carry out oil bath treatment on two kinds of hongmu,and the effects of different paraffin types,oil bath time and temperature on the color of hongmu were analyzed by SPSS.The results were as follows:The effect of oil bath treatment on the color change of Dalbergia cochinchinensis with the same type of paraffin and different test temperature and time was relatively great,and the effect on Pterocarpus erinaceus was relatively insignificant.The increase of the test temperature and the increase of time caused the difference of Dalbergia cochinchinensis and Pterocarpus erinaceus larger.The effect of paraffin oil bath treatment on the color change of Dalbergia cochinchinensis was the largest,and Pterocarpus erinaceus was the second;and the treatment process reaches 100℃,24 h,the color change of the two hongmu species tended to be stable.
