摘要
以“政府牵头,校企合作,团团引导”为主要形式的青年就业见习基地,是促进青年更充分、更高质量就业的重要载体,但也存在着见习岗位数量少、岗位质量不高、参与者体验不佳、服务平台不完善等现象。基于公共治理理论和供求理论,高校共青团可充分发挥组织优势,整合地方资源,有效发挥自身在政府、青年、企业间的联动作用,加强对青年学生参加就业见习的教育和引导,实现青年高质量就业。
The youth employment internship base with the main form of“government-led,school-enterprise cooperation problems and league guidance”is an important carrier to promote youth's fuller and higher quality employment,but there are also phenomena such as few internships,low post quality,poor experience of participants,and imperfect service platform.Based on the theory of public governance,supply and demand,the Communist Youth League of colleges and universities should give full play to its organizational advantages,integrate local resources,effectively play its role in the interaction among the government,youth and enterprises,strengthen the education and guidance for young students to participate in employment probation,and achieve high-quality youth employment.
