摘要
在中国特色社会主义新时代,纵横交错的战略环境、复杂多元的安全挑战、丰富多样的战略手段、飞跃发展的信息技术、虚实共存的发展环境共同冲击着传统的地方科技情报工作。以发展理念重新审视科技情报工作的价值定位,思考科技情报工作的未来发展方略至关重要。文章主要立足体制内传统科技情报机构开展的情报工作,探讨了我国科技情报工作在新时代的重要作用与价值定位,分析了践行新定位所面临的不和谐问题,进而提出了我国科技情报工作未来发展方略。
In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the crisscrossing strategic environment,complex and diversified security challenges,rich and diverse strategic means,the rapidly developed information technology,the coexistence of virtual and real development environment commonly impact the traditional scientific and technological information work.It's crucial to review the value orientation and mission of scientific and technological information work and think about its future development strategy with the development concept.This paper is mainly based on the information work carried out by traditional scientific and technological information agencies in the system,discusses the important role and value orientation of scientific and technological information work in China in the new era,analyzes the disharmony faced by the implementation of the new orientation,and then puts forward the future development strategy of scientific and technological information work in China.Based on the new value orientation and combined with the practical problems,this paper puts forward the main contents of the development strategy.
