摘要
针对井下生产中常用带式运输机故障保护系统应用中所存在的稳定性差、报警信号缺乏直观性等问题,对基于PLC的井下运输报警设计开展分析探究。从报警系统硬件构成和软件设计两方面对带式运输机报警系统进行了综合设计,希望能为其他矿井相似工程的开展提供借鉴与参考。
Aiming at the problems of poor stability and lack of intuition of alarm signal in the application of fault protection system of belt conveyor commonly used in underground production,the alarm design of underground transportation based on PLC was analyzed and explored.This paper synthetically designed the alarm system of belt conveyor from two aspects of hardware composition and software design,which hoped to provide reference for similar projects in other mines.
