结缔组织增生性毛发上皮瘤1例 被引量：1

摘要 1 临床资料患者女,36岁,面部皮疹2年。患者于2年前无明显诱因左眉上方出现一枚淡黄色皮疹,质地坚硬,表面光滑,无毛发生长,皮疹缓慢增大,无自觉症状。患者至外院就诊,具体诊断不详,予以激光治疗将皮疹去除。半年前患者左眉原发皮疹处再次出现类似皮疹,淡黄色,皮疹缓慢增大,现直径约0.5 cm大小,质地坚硬,中央凹陷,表面光滑无毛,无自觉症状。2个月前,无明显诱因患者前额部出现一枚直径约0.2cm大小的暗红色质硬半球型皮疹,表面光滑。
