摘要
目的分析人性化护理措施应用于精神分裂症患者的临床效果。方法将该院2017年1月-2018年12月62例精神分裂症患者分为两组,每组31例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组给予人性化护理措施。比较两组患者的精神症状、心理状态以及康复情况。结果护理后,观察组患者的BPRS评分(22.36±3.87)分,低于对照组的(28.08±4.46)分,组间差异有统计学意义(t=5.393,P=0.000);观察组患者的SCL-90评分明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=9.841、11.925、3.457、6.419、3.650、3.505、3.390、4.460、5.671,P=0.000、0.000、0.001、0.000、0.000、0.001、0.001、0.000、0.000);观察组患者的IPROS评分显著低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=10.398、3.211、9.392、3.299,P=0.000、0.002、0.000、0.002)。结论人性化护理措施应用于精神分裂症患者,其临床效果显著,不仅能有效改善患者精神分裂症状和心理状态,还有助于患者的较快康复,值得在精神科临床护理工作中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of humanized nursing measures in patients with schizophrenia.Methods 62 patients with schizophrenia from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into two groups, 31 in each group. Patients in the control group received routine care and the observation group received humanized care measures.The psychotic symptoms, psychological status, and rehabilitation of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the BPRS score(22.36±3.87)points of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(28.08±4.46)points, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=5.393, P=0.000). The SCL-90 score was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t =9.841, 11.925, 3.457, 6.419, 3.650, 3.505, 3.390, 4.460, 5.671, P =0.000, 0.000, 0.001, 0.000, 0.000, 0.001, 0.001,0.000, 0.000);the IPROS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=10.398, 3.211, 9.392, 3.299, P=0.000, 0.002, 0.000, 0.002).Conclusion Humanized nursing measures are applied to patients with schizophrenia. The clinical effect is not only effective in improving the symptoms of schizophrenia and mental state, but also contributing to the faster recovery of patients. It is worthy of popularization in psychiatric clinical nursing work.
