结核病易感基因研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 核苷酸多样性可能影响结核杆菌感染者的免疫调节,导致个体对于结核的易感性产生差异。近年来有大量关于宿主遗传因素与结核易感性关联的研究,有多个易感基因被发现,如HLA基因、SLC11A1基因、VDR基因、MBL基因、NOS2A基因、SP110基因、P2X7基因等,这些易感基因的发现和研究,不仅更全面地揭示结核病的发病机理,对于建立和健全结核病预防和控制措施也起到不可忽视的作用。本文对过往研究中的结核易感基因的特点、作用机制作一综述,希望对于结核病的防治实践有指导意义。 Nucleotide diversity may affect the immune regulation of people infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis,resulting in differences in individual susceptibility to tuberculosis. In recent years,there have been a large number of researches on the relationship between host genetic factors and tuberculosis susceptibility. Several susceptible genes have been found,such as HLA gene,SLC11 A1 gene system,VDR gene,MBL gene,NOS2 A gene,SP110 gene and P2 X7 gene,etc. The discovery and research of these susceptibility genes not only reveals the pathogenesis of tuberculosis more comprehensively,but also plays an important role in establishing and improving tuberculosis prevention and control measures. In this paper,the characteristics and mechanism of tuberculosis susceptibility genes in previous studies were reviewed,hoping to be of guiding significance for the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis.
