摘要
稳定电网移动智能接入是保证配电网正常运行的基础,在电力系统中具有十分重要的地位.考虑配电网状态复杂多变的特点,利用智能算法之间的优势互补理论,提出了一种基于微分算子(DO)的方法,使用DO的子集作为分配单元,通过稳定电网(SPG)接收到该信息之后,向竞争设备发送“可用”MISPG子载波。利用所提出的方法,DO在空闲信道上发送导频信号,使得它们可以被竞争设备使用。仿真结果表明,利用所提出的方法,可以在有限覆盖范围内成功地容纳大量电网移动智能接入,同时实时传输其测量数据。
Considering the complex and changeable state of distribution network and the theory of complementarity of advantages among intelligent algorithms,a method based on differential operator is proposed in this paper.Differential operator(dO)is used.The subset of DO is used as the allocation unit.After receiving the information through the stable power grid(SPG),the“available”MISPG subcarriers are sent to the competing devices.Using the proposed method,DO transmits pilot signals over idle channels so that they can be used by competing devices.The simulation results show that the proposed method can successfully accommodate a large number of smart grid mobile access in a limited coverage area,and transmit its measurement data in real time.
