摘要 采用TMS320F28335微控制芯片,设计一个电动叉车行走电机的控制器。在针对叉车控制器逆变电路中不能通过大电流的问题,设计了一套硬件电路,同时也给出了软件设计,其中硬件上给出了逆变电桥、Mos驱动电路、稳压电路、电流检测电路等电路图,软件系统结构为FOC控制系统结构,给出程序流程图。通过串口通信方式获取芯内部数据,得到转速、电流、Id、Iq波形图。实验表明,系统响应特性较好,达到了设计要求。 In this paper,TMS320F28335 micro control chip is used to design a controller of the motor of electric forklift.According to the problem that inverter bridge of forklift is not able to afford the high current,design a hardware circuit as well as the software,including the circuit diagram of Inverter Bridge,MOS driver circuit,voltage regulator circuit and current detection circuit,etc.The software system structure is FOC control system structure,and the program flow chart is given.The core internal data were obtained through serial communication,and the waveforms of speed,current,Id and Iq were obtained.The experimental results show that the response characteristics of the system are good and meet the design requirements.
