摘要
针对如何提高农田副产物玉米芯综合利用价值的问题,通过热重分析以及低温热解实验对热解过程中玉米芯组分、产率、热值的变化规律进行研究,得到热解产物的特性及其产率,热值随热解温度、时间的变化规律,为玉米芯的综合利用提供重要的理论依据。实验研究表明,在实际生产应用中应当选择的最佳工艺参数为:30 min、350℃,在此条件下热解产物的热值及密度都有较大的提高,生物质炭的产率为69.2%,热值为18.78 MJ/kg,相对于未经处理的玉米芯热值提高了19.7%。
In order to improve the comprehensive utilization value of corncob,a by-product in the field,the corncob composition changes,yield and calorific value during pyrolysis were studied by thermogravimetric analysis and low temperature pyrolysis experiments.The characteristics and yield of pyrolysis products were obtained,and the variation of calorific value with pyrolysis temperature and time was understood.It provides an important theoretical basis for the comprehensive utilization of corncob.The experimental studies have shown that the optimum technology parameters are 30 min,350℃.Under these conditions,the calorific value and density of pyrolysis products are greatly improved,and the yield of biomass charcoal is also increased as 69.2%.The calorific value is 18.78 MJ/kg,which is 19.7%higher than that of the untreated corncob.
