摘要
采用STC89S52RC单片机、基于红外对管传感器设计了一种智能循迹系统。智能循迹系统通过识别引导线,由红外管采集信号并转换为数字信号送入单片机,经单片机处理后控制L293D芯片驱动直流电机,实现小车的自动循迹功能。完成了硬件电路的设计与调试,根据功能要求设计了软件程序,并完成了系统测试,在24次不同跑道的行驶测试中,均能成功循迹。该循迹系统电路结构简单,软件程序容易实现,特别适合应用于科学勘探、无人工厂、智能仓库等领域中。
An intelligent tracking system is designed based on STC89S52RC single chip computer and infrared tube-totube sensor.Intelligent tracking system collects signal from infrared tube and converts it into digital signal by identifying guide line.After processing by single chip computer,it controls L293Dchip to drive DC motor and realizes automatic tracking function of car.This paper completes the design and debugging of the hardware circuit,designs the software program according to the functional requirements,and completes the system test:in 24different runway driving tests,all can successfully track.The circuit structure of the tracking system is simple and the software program is easy to implement.It is especially suitable for scientific exploration,unmanned factory,intelligent warehouse and other fields.
