摘要
目的分析河北省某三级甲等儿童医院可能影响住院患儿家属期望值的相关因素,减少由于期望值过高引发的医患纠纷,为护理管理提供理论参考。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对200位住院患儿家属相关因素及期望值情况进行调查,得分越高则期望值越高。结果运用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行统计学分析显示:家属的性别、年龄、文化程度、患儿就医经历、城乡差别、患儿有院内感染影响患儿家属期望值,即女性、年轻家属、初中及以下文化程度、无就医经历、城市居民、有院内感染患儿家属期望值高于男性、年长家属、较高文化程度、有就医经历、农村、无院内感染患儿家属的期望值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论住院患儿家属就医期望值的影响因素是多因素综合作用结果,适当给予干预可以对期望值有较好的调节作用。
Objective To analyze the relevant factors affecting family expectations of hospitalized children in a third-grade children’s hospital in Hebei Province,and to reduce the medical disputes between doctors and patients caused by high expectations,and to provide a theoretical reference for nursing management.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the relevant factors and expected value of 200 hospitalized children.The higher the score,the higher the expected value.Results Statistical analysis by SPSS 13.0 statistical software showed that family members’gender,age,education level,children’s medical experience,urban and rural differences,and children’s nosocomial infection affected the expectation of children’s family members.That is to say,the expected value of female,young family members,education level of junior high school,no medical experience,urban residents,families members with nosocomial infection was higher than that of male,older family members,family members with high education level,medical treatment experience,rural,no nosocomial infections,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The influencing factors of family expectation of hospitalized children are the result of multi-factor comprehensive effect.Appropriate intervention can have a better adjustment effect on the expectations.
