摘要
目的观察比较不同质子泵抑制剂的药理特点及其临床疗效。方法本研究所选对象为广东省第二人民医院与广州市增城区人民医院在2016年3月至2018年3月所收治的150例胃溃疡患者,按照数字随机原则将其分成A、B、C 3组,每组50例;3组患者均给予胃黏膜保护剂和抗菌药物治疗,并在此基础上分别采用奥美拉唑、泮托拉唑、兰索拉唑治疗,观察比较临床疗效。结果A组患者的总有效率为86.0%(43/50),B组患者的总有效率为84.0%(42/50),C组的总有效率为84.0%(42/50),3组比较差异无统计学意义。在腹胀缓解率方面,B组显著高于A组、C组(P<0.05);在嗳气反酸缓解率方面,A组显著高于B组、C组(P<0.05);在腹痛症状缓解率方面,3组比较差异无统计学意义。在不良反应发生率方面,A组显著低于B组、C组(P<0.05),B组显著低于C组(P<0.05)。结论在对胃溃疡患者进行治疗时,奥美拉唑、泮托拉唑、兰索拉唑的临床疗效均比较理想,泮托拉唑、奥美拉唑能有效缓解个别症状,而且奥美拉唑的药物不良反应更少。
Objective To observe and compare the pharmacological characteristics and clinical efficacy of different proton pump inhibitors.Methods 150 patients with gastric ulcer admitted to Guangdong Second People's Hospital and Guangzhou Zengcheng People's Hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into groups A,B and C,50 cases in each group.Three groups of patients were treated with gastric mucosal protective agents and antibacterial drugs,and on this basis,omeprazole,pantoprazole and lansoprazole were used respectively.Observe and compare the clinical efficacy of the three groups.Results The total effective rate was 86.0%(43/50)in group A,84.0%(42/50)in group B and 84.0%(42/50)in group C,there was no significant difference among the three groups.In terms of abdominal distension relief rate,group B was significantly higher than group A and group C(P<0.05);in terms of relief rate of belching acid,group A was significantly higher than group B and group C(P<0.05);in terms of relief rate of abdominal pain symptoms,there was no significant difference among the three groups.In terms of the incidence of adverse reactions,group A was significantly lower than group B and group C(P<0.05),and group B was significantly lower than group C(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of omeprazole,pantoprazole and lansoprazole in the treatment of patients with gastric ulcer is ideal.Pantoprazole and omeprazole can effectively alleviate individual symptoms,and the adverse drug reactions of omeprazole are less.
