摘要
[目的]观察乌梅丸联合四君子汤治疗放射性肠炎的有效性,以期为临床治疗放射性肠炎提供有效治法。[方法]将60例放射性直肠炎(脾胃气虚型)患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中对照组给予蒙脱石散口服;治疗组在对照组基础上给予乌梅丸联合四君子汤,观察两组临床症状、放射性损伤(RTOG/EORTC)分级、中医证候量表评分及卡氏评分(KPS)等。[结果]两组治疗后治疗组中医证候量表评分、RTOG分级、KPS生活质量评分、治疗效果总缓解率,两组对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组服药后未出现不良反应。[结论]乌梅丸联合四君子汤治疗放射性肠炎(脾胃气虚型)确有良好疗效,值得临床应用推广与研究探讨。
[Objective] To observe the efficacy of Wumei Pill combined with Sijunzi Decoction in the treatment of radiation enteritis,in order to provide effective treatment for clinical treatment of radiation enteritis. [Methods] The 60 cases of radioactive proctitis(spleen and stomach qi deficiency type) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given Montmorillonite powder orally;the treatment group was given Wumei Pill combined with Sijunzi Decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical symptoms,RTOG/EORTC classification and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) Syndrome Scale score were observed in the two groups,quality of life(KPS) and so on. [Results] First,the score of TCM symptom scale,the comparison of the two groups in the two groups was compared,the quality of life of the two groups,the total remission rate of the treatment group. There was no adverse reaction in the two groups after taking medicine. [Conclusion] Wumei Pill combined with Sijunzi Decoction is effective in the treatment of radiation enteritis(spleen stomach qi deficiency). It is worthy of clinical application and research.
