D11T推土机液压油温升高的热力学研究及技改措施 被引量:8

摘要 D11T推土机在矿山开采工艺采运排中起着关键的作用,其中液压系统的稳定运行是推土机正常施工作业的必要条件,然而由于冷却器设计不当,常常导致液压系统油温升高。长期高温运行会对机械设备造成不同程度的损害,从而严重影响作业进程。针对D11T推土机设备现状,通过热力学液压系统能量损失功率及液压油温升计算,提出了冷却系统技术改造的相关措施并现场实验验证。经技术改造试运行后,液压油温升得到有效控制,为设备稳定、长周期运行提供了有力保障。 D11T bulldozer plays a key role in mining process,the stable operation of hydraulic system is a necessary condition for bulldozer to operate normally.However,improper cooler design often leads to high oil temperature rise in hydraulic system.Long-term high temperature operation will cause different degrees of damage to mechanical equipment,thus seriously affecting the process of operation.In view of the current situation of D11T bulldozer equipment,through the thermodynamic hydraulic system energy loss power and hydraulic oil temperature rise calculation,the correlative measures of cooling system technical reformation are put forward and verified by field experiment.After technical transformation and trial operation,the temperature rise of hydraulic oil is effectively controlled,which provides a strong guarantee for stable and long-term operation of the equipment.
