摘要
刘茂林是全国第四批名老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,从事中医内科临床工作50余年,对血管性痴呆有着深刻的认识。刘教授认为血管性痴呆是一种本虚标实的病症,即肾精亏虚是血管性痴呆的基本病机,痰阻脑络是该病的病理基础,并主张采用补肾生髓化痰的治疗原则,刘教授根据50余年的中医内科临床经验,归纳总结出生髓化痰煎这一基本经验方,广泛应用于临床,以期为中医药治疗血管性痴呆提供借鉴与思路。
Professor LIU Maolin is the fourth batch of instructors to inherit academic experience of veteran Chinese medicine experts in China,he has been engaged in clinical work of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine for more than 50 years and has a profound understanding of vascular dementia.Professor LIU believes that vascular dementia is a disease of deficiency of essence and deficiency of essence of kidney is the basic pathogenesis of vascular dementia.Phlegm obstruction of brain collateral is the pathological basis of vascular dementia.He also advocates the principle of tonifying kidney,promoting marrow and resolving phlegm.Professor LIU summarized the basic experience of Shengsui Huatan decoction based on more than 50 years'clinical experience in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,which was widely used in clinical practice in order to provide reference and ideas for the treatment of vascular dementia with traditional Chinese medicine.
