摘要
温热类疾病是临床多发的一类疾病,属中医“温病”范畴。研究表明,普济消毒饮在防治温热类疾病方面具有良好的自身优势和发展前景。作者从普济消毒饮的立方本旨研究、主治腮腺炎、治疗扁桃体炎、主治带状疱疹、治疗头面疾病及其他疾病等六方面,总结了近20年来国内外学者从多种角度对普济消毒饮治疗温热类疾病的研究进展情况。认为,普济消毒饮在治疗温热类疾病方面具有确切疗效和独特优势,现代实验研究为此提供理论基础和实践依据。国内外学者从实验到临床,研究普济消毒饮对病毒表达的影响及对疾病的治疗。针对温热类疾病,西医尚缺乏有效的治疗方法,而普济消毒饮充分体现了中医辨证施治的理念,在临床上具有显效快、疗效佳的优势。
Objective: Febrile diseases are a kind of clinical diseases, which belong to the category of" febrile diseases"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). The study shows that Puji Xiaodu decoction has good advantages and development prospects in the prevention and treatment of febrile diseases. The authors studied the cubic essence of Puji Xiaodu decoction, the treatment of mumps, the treatment of tonsillitis, herpes zoster, the treatment of cephalic diseases and other diseases. This paper summarizes the research progress of Puji Xiaodu decoction in the treatment of febrile diseases from a variety of angles in the past 20 years. It is considered that Puji Xiaodu Decoction has definite curative effect and unique advantages in the treatment of febrile diseases, and modern experimental research provides theoretical and practical basis for this. Scholars at home and abroad have studied the effect of Puji Xiaodu decoction on the expression of virus and the treatment of diseases from experiment to clinic. In view of febrile diseases, western medicine is still lack of effective treatment methods, and Puji Xiaodu decoction fully embodies the concept of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, and has the advantages of rapid clinical effect and good curative effect.
