摘要
结合流体力学相关基础理论,借助CFD流体分析计算仿真软件,采用数值模拟方法对茶叶清洗机压力管道速度场、压力场等特性进行研究;通过对比三种不同尺寸的循环管道,获得不同尺寸对循环管道的压力场分布的影响规律,研究结果为后续设计与优化提供了基本参考依据,同时借助于计算机辅助分析软件,大大提高了设计效率,目前本设计结果已经应用于企业实际产品中。
Combined with the basic theory of fluid mechanics,with the help of CFD fluid analysis and simulation software,the characteristics of pressure pipe velocity field and pressure field of tea cleaning machine are studied by numerical simulation method.By comparing three kinds of circulating pipes of different sizes,the influence of different sizes on the distribution of pressure field of circulating pipes is obtained.The research results provide a basic reference for the subsequent design and optimization,and greatly improve the design efficiency with the help of computer aided analysis software.At present,the design results have been applied to the actual products of enterprises.
