摘要
为了研究自相似分形结构的衍射场,拓展光学衍射理论;首先利用实验得出康托尔地毯光栅的衍射图样;然后根据惠更斯-菲涅耳原理及位移-相移定理导出康托尔地毯光栅的衍射场在像面上的振幅和光强分布公式;再利用MATLAB的可视化模拟出康托尔地毯光栅在像面上的衍射图样;分析衍射图样得出康托尔地毯光栅的衍射规律。
In order to study the diffraction field of self-similar fractal structure and expand the theory of optical diffraction,the diffraction pattern of Cantor carpet grating is obtained by experiments;then,according to Huygens-Fresnel principle and displacement-phase shift theorem,the amplitude and light intensity distribution formula of the diffraction field of Cantor carpet grating on the image surface is derived,and then the diffraction pattern of Cantor carpet grating on the image surface is simulated by MATLAB visualization.The diffraction law of Cantor carpet grating is obtained by analyzing the diffraction pattern.
