New Study Progress of Medicinal Plant Eurycomalongifolia

摘要 东革阿里在东南亚地区有数百年的药用历史,其主要化学成分为苦木素二萜和生物碱两类化合物,具有抗癌、改善男性性功能、降血糖、降血压、降高尿酸血症以及缓解肾脏组织的病理学损伤等药理功效,在马来西亚被当做国宝级药材,又被称为植物伟哥、马来参;就东革阿里的化学成分、药理活性、毒性研究、繁育技术方面近年来国内外研究文献进行综述,为东革阿里的进一步研究和开发提供理论参考。 There are several hundred years of medicinal history of Eurycomalongifolia in Southeast Asia,the main chemical components of which are the two kinds of compounds of the genus Lignosia and the Alkaloids.Its functions includes anti-cancer,improving male sexual function,lowering blood glucose,lowering blood pressure,reducing hyperuricemia and relieving pathological damage of kidney tissue.In Malaysia,it is used as a state-of-the-art medicinal material,and is also known as the plant Viagra and Malay.In this paper,the chemical composition,pharmacological activity,toxicity research and breeding technology of Eurycomalongifolia are reviewed in recent years,which provide theoretical reference for further research and development of Eurycomalongifolia.
