摘要
针对射频能量收集器的工作频率要求,提出了一种小型化、结构简单的双频单极子天线。通过倒L型和Hil bert曲线结构使天线产生两个高低频率,实现了天线在2.45/5.8 GHz两个频点处工作。天线介质基板采用环氧树脂玻璃纤维板,其PCB尺寸为18.9 mm×15.4 mm×1.6 mm。仿真结果显示,天线在两个频段处工作特性良好,分别获得了50 MHz(2430 MHz^2480 MHz)和360 MHz(5630 MHz^5990 MHz)的阻抗带宽(S11£-10 dB),且天线相对带宽分别为2.04%和6.21%,天线满足设计要求,有一定的实践指导意义。
Aiming at the working frequency requirement of RF energy harvester,a miniaturized and simple structure dual-band monopole antenna is proposed. High frequency is generated by inverted L-shaped structure and the Hilbert curve structure is designed to generate low frequency,and the antenna is well realized to work at two frequencies of 2.45/5.8 GHz. In addition,the antenna dielectric substrate is made of epoxy fiberglass board(FR4),and its size of PCB is 18.9 mm×15.4 mm×1.6 mm. The simulation results show that the antenna has good operating characteristics in two frequency bands,and the impedance bandwidths of 50 MHz(2430 MHz to 2480 MHz)and 360 MHz(5630 MHz to 5990 MHz)are obtained respectively(S11-≤10 dB). Moreover,the relative bandwidths of the antenna are 2.04% and 6.21%,respectively. Furthermore,the antenna meets the design requirements and has guiding significance for practice.
