摘要
北方地区高桩码头基础结构多为预制预应力混凝土方桩,主筋为先张预应力钢筋。为了研究现有先张法钢筋张拉工艺在张拉过程中是否有应力损失以及应力损失的影响因素,通过不同工况下,预制混凝土方桩钢筋骨架张拉过程中钢筋应力的检测,分析应力影响因素及影响大小,有针对性改进施工工艺,开发引进DGS-16通道预应力张拉电液伺服控制系统,为后续先张法钢筋张拉施工提供有力的技术支持。
Most of the foundation structures of high-piled wharfs in North China are precast pre-stressed concrete square piles,and the main reinforcement is pre-tensioned pre-stressed steel bar.In order to deeply study whether there is stress loss in the process of pretensioning method and the influencing factors of stress loss,through the detection of reinforcement stress in reinforced frame of concrete square pile in tension under different working conditions,the influencing factors and magnitude of the stress are analyzed,the construction technology is improved,and the electro-hydraulic servo control system for DGS-16 channel prestressed tension are developed and introduced,which provides strong technical support for the reinforcement tensioning of the subsequent pretensioning construction and provide reference for similar projects in the future.
