摘要
蒸汽吹灰控制系统是燃煤锅炉运行系统的重要组成部分,对于提高燃煤锅炉的热效率,具有十分重要的作用。蒸汽吹灰系统能够对锅炉受热面积灰实现有效吹除,降低锅炉发电煤耗。本文以某130吨燃煤锅炉蒸汽吹灰系统问题为例,立足系统运行问题,提出升级改造方案,提高燃煤锅炉蒸汽吹灰控制系统的运行效率,科学提高燃煤锅炉热效率,为原锅炉蒸汽吹灰系统科学构建,提供参考依据。
Steam soot blowing control system is an important part of coal-fired boiler operation system,which plays an important role in improving the thermal efficiency of coal-fired boiler.The steam soot blowing system can effectively remove the ash from the heated area of the boiler and reduce the coal consumption of the boiler power generation.Taking the steam soot blowing system of a 130-ton coal-fired boiler as an example,based on the system operation problems,this paper puts forward the upgrading scheme to improve the operation efficiency of the steam soot blowing control system of coal-fired boilers,and scientifically improve the thermal efficiency of coal-fired boilers,so as to provide a reference for the scientific construction of the steam soot blowing system of original boilers.
