不同风积沙混凝土强度的影响因素研究 被引量:17

摘要 利用内蒙古沙漠的风积沙作为细骨料,比较不同种类风积沙混凝土的力学性能。实验以三种沙源地风积沙理化性质为变量,根据“灰色理论”将风积沙分为A、B、C三类,并采用无侧限抗压实验、核磁共振技术分别研究三类风积沙混凝土的力学性能及内部孔隙规律。研究表明,在“灰色理论”中细度模数与风积沙混凝土强度关联度最大,按细度模数将风积沙分为三类:A类:MX<0.6;B类:0.6≤MX<0.7;C类:MX≥0.7;其中A类强度最低,C类强度最高且与普通混凝土强度相近,满足工程实际要求;T 2谱面积:普通混凝土>C类风积沙混凝土>B类风积沙混凝土>A类风积沙混凝土,孔隙逐渐减少而强度逐渐升高;风积沙混凝土的孔径分为四类:细小孔为<0.005μm的孔,小孔为0.005~0.5μm之间的孔,中孔为0.5~5μm之间的孔,大孔为>5μm的孔,当小孔越多、大孔越少时风积沙混凝土强度越高。 The aeolian sand in Inner Mongolia desert was used as fine aggregate to compare the mechanical properties of different kinds of aeolian sand concrete.Based on the grey theory,the aeolian sand was divided into three categories:A,B and C.The mechanical properties and internal pore law of three types of aeolian sand concrete were studied by unconfined compression test and nuclear magnetic resonance technology.The research shows that the fineness modulus has the greatest correlation with the strength of aeolian sand concrete in the"grey theory".According to fineness modulus,aeolian sand can be divided into three categories:A:MX<0.6;B:0.6≤MX<0.7;C:MX≥0.7;A:the lowest strength,C:the highest strength and similar to the strength of ordinary concrete,meeting the actual requirements of engineering.T 2 spectrum area:Ordinary Concrete>Class C>Class B>Class A,the strength of concrete increases with the decrease of porosit.The pore sizes of aeolian sand concrete can be divided into four categories:tiny voids is lower than 0.005μm,small voids between 0.005μm and 0.5μm,medium voids between 0.5μm and 5μm,and large voids is higher than 5μm.The strength of aeolian sand concrete increases with the increase of small voids and the decrease of large voids.
