摘要
为降低经减振器传递的冲击力,在减振器底阀上设计了一种惯性阀.该减振器输出的阻尼力取决于活塞压缩速度与车轮垂向加速度.该阀在车轮受到不平路面的强冲击时,通过旁通孔卸载降低阻尼限制冲击力的传递,使减振器实现自适应变阻尼.试验结果表明,该阀可改善车辆的平顺性和操纵稳定性.
To reduce violent impacts through the piston rod of a shock absorber,an inertial valve located in the bottom valve is designed,which makes the damping force depending on both the compression speed of the piston and the acceleration of the wheel.Thus,the shock absorber could be regarded as a controllable shock absorber.The valve opens the bypass port to soften the damping force when the wheel is suddenly struck upwards by a bump in the road.Experimental results demonstrate that the ride and the operational safety are improved.
