摘要 本文结合蒙华铁路新乔隧道工程实例,针对黄土隧道开展快速台阶法施工工艺研究,提出了初期支护格栅钢架必须紧跟掌子面,初期支护仰拱及时封闭成环紧跟下台阶的安全技术措施,形成了蒙华隧道施工理念下的黄土隧道快速台阶法施工工艺技术,并对初期支护结构内力进行了监测,检测初支结构的应力变化及变形情况,验证了初期支护结构的安全性。 Based on the example of the Xinqiao tunnel project of Menghua Railway, this paper studies the construction technology of the fast step method for the loess tunnel, and proposes that the initial support grille steel frame must be kept close to the face of the hand, and the initial support inverting arch is closed in time to form a ring. The safety technical measures of the steps form the rapid step method construction technology of the loess tunnel under the construction concept of Menghua tunnel, and the internal forces of the initial support structure are monitored to detect the stress changes and deformation of the initial support structure, and the safety initial support structure is verified.
