摘要
目的了解呼吸系统疾病住院患者电子健康素养水平和特点及其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法,收集2018年4-5月在北京市某三甲医院呼吸内科住院的155例患者资料,包括一般资料、上网查询健康信息习惯、电子健康素养量表(eHEALS)得分。采用单因素和多因素分析其电子健康素养的影响因素。结果患者电子健康素养得分为(21.22±8.63)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,获取互联网健康信息的上网工具数量、年龄、居住地、文化程度4项进入模型,拟合模型调整R^2值为0.427。结论北京市某三甲医院呼吸疾病住院患者电子健康素养水平偏低,患者的年龄、文化程度、居住地、上网工具是患者电子健康素养水平的影响因素。
Objective To understand the level and characteristics of eHealth literacy of inpatients with respiratory diseases and its influencing factors.Methods Using convenient sampling method,the profile of 155 inpatients in Department of Respiratory in a ClassⅢGrade A hospital in Beijing from April to May 2018 were collected,including general information,habits of searching health-related information online and scores in Electronic Health Literacy Scale(eHEALS).Single and multivariate analysis were conducted to analyze the influencing factors of their eHealth literacy.Results The patients'eHealth literacy score was(21.22±8.63).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the number of online tools,age,place of residence,and education level entered the model,and the fitting model adjusted R2 was 0.427.Conclusions The level of eHealth literacy in hospitalized patients with respiratory diseases in a ClassⅢGrade A hospital is low.The age,education level,place of residence,and the number of tools for accessing health information online are the influencing factors.
