摘要
目的:建立防风与其伪品水防风的HPLC指纹图谱,进行真伪鉴别。方法:采用Phenomenex Kinetex?XB-C18色谱柱,以乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长254 nm,柱温30℃,进样量10μL。结果:建立了防风及其伪品水防风的HPLC指纹图谱,方法学考察符合指纹图谱技术要求。防风及其伪品水防风指纹图谱轮廓特征明显不同。聚类分析可将样品分为2类。结论:采用HPLC指纹图谱可有效鉴别防风及其伪品水防风,本研究为防风的质量评价提供了有效方法。
Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprints for the identification of Saposhnikovia divaricata and its adulterant Libanotis laticalycina.Methods:It was detected with an Phenomenex Kinetex?XB-C18 column,and acetonitrile-water was mobile phase with gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 254 nm,the column temperature was 30℃.The injection volume was 10μL.Results:The HPLC fingerprints of Saposhnikovia divaricata and Libanotis laticalycina were established.Methodological investigation met the requirements of fingerprint technology.The outline characteristics of fingerprint of Saposhnikovia divaricata and Libanotis laticalycina were obviously different.Cluster analysis results showed that samples could be divided into two categories.Conclusion:Saposhnikovia divaricata and Libanotis laticalycina can be identified by HPLC fingerprints,the study can provide an effective method for quality evaluation of Saposhnikovia divaricata.
