摘要
近年来,我国连续出台了很多关于土地流转的法规和政策,大力推行土地改革。但我国目前的土地流转制度在运行过程中还存在忽视对农民权益的保护、法律规定不明、农民法律意识淡薄、农村土地流转机制不完善等问题,阻碍着农村土地的正常流转。因此,借鉴国外与中国台湾地区治理土地流转问题的经验,可以进一步完善我国土地流转制度,解决土地流转过程中存在的问题,促进土地流转的顺利进行。
With the vigorous implementation of land reform in China,China has issued a lot of policies and laws on land transfer.Although it has promoted the success of land reform,there are still some problems in the operation of the current land transfer system in China,It hinders the normal circulation of rural land.Therefore,based on the analysis of the evolution of China's rural land policy,Some problems in the process of land transfer in China in recent years are summarized,and based on the successful experience of foreign land transfer,this will put forward some relevant suggestions for improvement.
