摘要
目的探讨中医辨证施护对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者临床症状的影响。方法选择我院2017年7月至2018年4月接收COPD患者134例作为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和试验组,对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予中医辨证施护,比较两组患者护理干预前后中医症候积分以及BODE评分变化。结果试验组患者护理干预后中医症状积分、BODE评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证施护应用于COPD患者中,可明显改善患者临床症状及预后,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the effect of traditional Chinese medical dialectic nursing on clinical symptoms of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD).Methods To select 134 cases of admitted patients with COPD from July 2017 to April 2018 in our hospital as a study object.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was received routine nursing.The experimental group was given Chinese medical dialectic nursing on the basis of the control group.The changes of traditional Chinese medical syndrome scores and BODE scores of patients before and after nursing intervention were compared in the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the traditional Chinese medical symptom scores and BODE scores of the patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medical dialectic nursing of patients with COPD could significantly improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis of patients,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
