摘要
文章通过对晚清时期四川缫丝业的发展情况进行梳理,分别从西方资本主义国家的刺激、蚕桑教育的推动和地方政府的支持等方面对四川缫丝业的发展原因进行了深入分析。晚清时期四川缫丝业的发展是内外因共同作用的结果。其中,西方资本主义国家对四川缫丝业的刺激作用是导致四川缫丝业发展的主要原因;官办和民办蚕桑教育的开展为四川缫丝业的发展培养了大量的技术人才;地方政府倡导蚕桑事业和兴办实业,并且扶持缫丝企业,为四川缫丝业的发展提供了政策保障。
By collating the development of Sichuan reeling industry in the late Qing dynasty,the paper analyzes the causes for the development of Sichuan reeling industry from the stimulation of Western capitalist countries,the promotion of sericulture education,and the support of local government.The development of Sichuan reeling industry in the late Qing dynasty is the result of the internal and external factors.The stimulating effect of Western capitalist countries on Sichuan reeling industry is the main reason.The official and private sericulture education cultivated a large number of talents for the development of Sichuan reeling industry.The local government advocated the sericulture business and the establishment of industry,supported the silk reeling enterprises and provided policy guarantees for the development of Sichuan reeling industry.
