摘要
公众对政府的信任是实现有效治理的重要基础。本文以幼儿园舆情事件为切口,引入情境涉入理论探究公众如何对政府信任态度产生分异。研究发现,个体行动者的客观身份涉入(具有家长身份)与个体的政府信任态度负相关,而主观价值涉入,即情绪(恐惧)与行动(对事件信息的追踪),与个体的政府信任态度分别为负相关与正相关。同时,客观身份涉入对政府信任的影响受到其他因素的调节:追踪信息等行动起到正向调节作用,情绪起到负向调节作用。此外,社会结构通过个体的社会经济地位影响其政府信任态度,而社会文化通过个体的信息接触影响其政府信任态度。
Based on the survey data of public opinions on the kindergarrter event in 2017,this paper introduces situational involvement theory to explore the differentiation of public attitudes towards government trust and its influencing factors.It finds that the situational involvement factor of individual actors is key to the public attitude differentiation in public events.The objective identity involvement(parental identity)is negatively correlated with the individual's government trust attitude,while the subjective value involvement is divided into emotion(fear)and action(tracking the event information),respectively negatively correlated and positively correlated.At the same time,the negative influence of objective situation involvement on government trust is regulated by other factors.Subjective emotions enhance the negative impact of objective situation involvement.Tracking information contact and other actions interfere with the negative effects of actual situation involvement.Besides,social structure affects government trust attitude through an individua's social and economic status,while social culture influences government trust attitude through the individuals information contact.
