摘要
选取60 m×45 m移动式风雨棚作为案例,介绍了在移动式风雨棚钢结构设计过程中,工况的选取和荷载计算方法;接着运用ANSYS软件对该设备钢结构进行有限元分析,得到整体的强度和刚度分布情况。结果表明该钢结构设计满足强度和刚度要求。
Selecting 60 m × 45 m movable awning as an example, this paper introduces the selection of working conditions and load calculation method in the process of steel structure design of movable awning, and then carries out finite element analysis of the steel structure of the equipment by using ANSYS software to obtain the overall strength and stiffness distribution. The results show that the steel structure design meets the requirements of strength and stiffness.
