摘要
电缆在使用过程中面临导通和绝缘性能的问题,传统的导通绝缘测试方法操作繁琐且用时较长。设计了一种智能化电缆测试设备,介绍了它的工作原理、系统的硬件和软件设计。该设备能测量最大50芯电缆的导通电阻和绝缘电阻,智能化得出测试结果。
Cables face conduction and insulation problems during use. Conventional conduction insulation test methods are cumbersome and time consuming. This paper designs an intelligent cable test equipment, and introduces the working principle, hardware and software design. The device can measure the maximum of 50 core cable conduction resistance and insulation resistance, and intelligently gets the results.
