摘要
目的探讨注射法内镜下黏膜剥离切除法治疗结直肠侧向发育型肿瘤的临床疗效。方法方便选取2015年1月—2018年9月该院收治的110例结直肠侧向发育型肿瘤患者,随机分组。传统术式组选择传统的手术方法,注射法内镜治疗组选择注射法内镜下黏膜剥离切除法。分析手术操作出血总量、术后住院总时间;治疗前后患者健康活力等指标值;1年复发率。结果治疗前两组健康活力等指标值比较(P>0.05);治疗后注射法内镜治疗组健康活力等指标值(95.24±3.11)分、(96.68±6.16)分、(95.24±3.55)分优于传统术式组(t=6.923,8.023,9.422,P<0.05)。注射法内镜治疗组手术操作出血总量、术后住院总时间(21.02±2.12)mL、(5.21±1.56)d优于传统术式组(32.14±6.24)mL、(8.62±2.12)d(t=5.211、5.734,P<0.05)。注射法内镜治疗组1年复发率低于传统术式组(χ^2=6.355,P<0.05),注射法内镜治疗组有1例复发。传统术式组有20例复发。结论结直肠侧向发育型肿瘤患者实施注射法内镜下黏膜剥离切除法可获得较好效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of endoscopic mucosal dissection in the treatment of lateral developmental colorectal tumors. Methods 110 patients with colorectal lateral developmental tumors in our hospital from January 2015 to September 2018 were convenient selected. The traditional surgical group chose the traditional surgical method, and the endoscopic treatment group selected the endoscopic mucosal dissection method. The total amount of bleeding in the operation operation, the total time of postoperative hospitalization, the health value of the patient before and after treatment, and the 1-year recurrence rate were analyzed. Results The values of healthy vitality and other indicators before treatment were compared(P>0.05). The postoperative value of the endoscopic treatment group was (95.24±3.11)points,(96.68±6.16)points,(95.24±3.55)points better than the traditional surgery group(t=6.923, 8.023,9.422, P<0.05). In the endoscopic treatment group, the total amount of bleeding and the total postoperative hospital stay were (21.02±2.12)mL,(5.21±1.56)d, which was better than the traditional surgery group (32.14±6.24)mL,(8.62±2.12)d, (t=5.211, 5.734, P<0.05). The 1-year recurrence rate of the endoscopic treatment group was lower than that of the traditional surgery group(χ^2=6.355, P<0.05), and 1 case of recurrence in the endoscopic treatment group. There were 20 cases of recurrence in the traditional surgery group. Conclusion Endoscopic mucosal dissection and resection of patients with lateral rectal developmental tumors can achieve better results.
