摘要
分析表明,白光LED在现代生活中的应用十分广泛,应用过程中具有节能、经济、环保等优势,发展前景广阔。分析当前相关国内外白光LED用荧光粉的多种制备方法,以及荧光粉的发光效率的提升途径。
The analysis shows that white LED is widely used in modern life,which has the advantages of energy saving,economy and environmental protection in the application process,and has broad prospects for development.In this paper,the preparation methods of phosphors for white LED at home and abroad and the ways to improve the luminous efficiency of phosphors are analyzed.
