对碱液分离罐腐蚀原因进行了分析 ,指出H2 S腐蚀与设备结构缺陷是造成分离罐大面积、快速腐蚀的主要原因。加大分离罐A区的容积可减缓冲刷腐蚀的发生 ;
It was concluded from the analysis of the corrosion of the caustic liquid separator that the large-scale rapid corrosion of the separator was mainly caused by H 2S corrosion and defects in equipment construction. Increasing the volume of zone A could mitigate the occurrence of the corrosion, while the application of internal corrosion-resistant coating and selection of the stainless steels could control the corrosion.
