摘要
本文从内部结构与外部形态两个方面来认识企业核心能力。从内部结构来看 ,核心能力的本质在于整合 ,提出由战略整合能力、组织整合能力、技术整合能力构成的三层次模型。从外部形态来看 ,根据整合能力三个层次由弱到强的演化 ,整合能力依次经过基本能力、次核心能力、核心能力三个层次。在此基础上 ,本文分析东信、长虹和海尔核心能力的动态演化过程 ,以从中发现我国企业核心能力演化的特点 ,为其他企业加速核心能力建设提供借鉴。
This paper examines core competence of corporation from the view of both internal structure and external form. From the viewpoint of internal structure, core competence is essentially integrating competence, which is constituted of strategic integrating competence, organizational integrating competence, technological integrating competence. From the viewpoint of external forms, integrating competence sequentially evolves from basic competence, to sub-core competence, to core competence. Based on these conceptual framework, the evolving processes of competence of Eastcom, Changhong, and Haier are analyzed. Finally, a brief conclusion and some implications are provided.
