Application of capillary electrophoresis to chiral separation

摘要 本文综述了毛细管电泳法拆分手性药物的机理、方法及应用,并重点介绍近年来各类手性选择剂在手性分离中的应用现状。 The enantioseparation principle,method and application of capillary electrophoresis are rewiewed. Especially, the development of chiral selectors in recent years are introduced.
