摘要
测定了蒸镀钛(VE-Ti)、离子镀钛(IP-Ti)、氮化钛(TiN)和添加钇改性的氮化铁(Ti(Y)N)镀层在两种酸性腐蚀介质中的极化曲线;用电子探针显微分析手段研究了镀层的电化学腐蚀特征。结果表明,小孔腐蚀是钛镀层的主要腐蚀破坏形态,但孔隙度大和粘附性差使VE-Ti呈现比IP-Ti镀层更加严重的腐蚀剥落行为;TiN镀层抗点蚀性能极好,因此,均匀腐蚀成为TiN镀层电化学腐蚀破坏基木形态,但局部存有富硫贫钛的“树枝状”堆积物。
The polarization curves, separately in two kinds of acid corrosion medium, of the coatings of vacuum vapor Ti (VE-Ti), ionic Ti (IP-Ti), TiN and [Ti(N)N] modified by adding yttrium are measured; moreover, the electrochemical corrosion features of the coatings are studied by electron-probe microanalysis. The results showed that the pitting corrosion is the main corrosion pattern to Ti coatings, but VE-Ti coating would be more seriously corroded than IP-Ti coating when high porosity and little adhesion existed. It is also showed that TiN coating is excellent in anti-spot corrosion, so that uniform corrosion is become the main style of electrochemical corrosion, but 'dendritic' accumulation is locally existed.
