摘要
为取得汽车生产优势,需要利用规模经济性、范围经济性、次序经济性和网络经济性。通过对欧美的竞争 协作模式与日本的转包协作模式的比较和对国际发展趋势进行分析得出,我国汽车工业整车企业与零部件企业分层协 作体系应具有整合零部件企业、建立分层协作等特征,不同层次的企业应采取不同的发展战略。
It should use the scale economy, scope economy, sequence economy and network economy in order to obtain automotive production superiority. Compared with the competitive coordination mode in Europe and united States and compared with the sub-transfer coordination mode in Japan, and analyzed the international developing trend, the whole component and parts enterprise and whole vehicle enterprise with different level coordinating system, set up a different level coordination superiority and the different level enterprise should take a different developing strategy.
