摘要 This paper describes the preparation of Fe-W alloy films from Fe^(2+) ion bath and the effects of the bath composition, temperature and current density on film structure. The current efficiency and W content in the film deposited under different conditions were measured. The amorphous Fe-W alloy film is observed to have an excellent resistance to corrosion.
