纤维增强轻集料混凝土的研究及其工程应用 被引量:4

摘要 蔡甸汉江大桥由于结构设计变更 ,要求桥面混凝土采用轻质高性能混凝土。实际工程中采用 CL 40轻集料混凝土。轻集料混凝土的收缩变形比普通混凝土大 ,易使混凝土形成裂缝。通过对轻集料混凝土高性能化和采用良好施工工艺 ,使混凝土易于泵送并且体积稳定性良好。混凝土在硬化后未发现裂缝 ,提高了混凝土的韧性 ,增大了桥面铺装层的抗冲击能力和耐磨性能 ,简化了施工工序 ,降低了工程造价 。 The bridge project, Caidian Hanjiang River, requires High Performance Light-Weight Concrete due to its structural design changing. The Light-Weight Aggregate Concrete (LWAC), whose compression strength is CL40, is adopted in this project. The shrinkage of LWAC is increased than that of Normal Concrete (NC), which will bring about the crack of LWAC more easily. In this paper, the problems of crack-proof are resolved successfully by means of improving its performance. As shown by results, no crack is found after LWAC is hardened, and the properties of LWAC, such as crack-proof function, are improved when the fiber is introduced.
