摘要
目的:评价国产非离子型造影剂双北在颅脑检查中的安全性、耐受性和有效性。CT方法:颅脑增强扫描病人CT例,男例,女例,高危因素者例,有病变者例,无异常者例。全部病例增强所用造影剂均为双北注射液,2581541041422535剂量,用同样的设备和方法检查,测量大脑中动脉和上矢状窦值,记录血压、心率改变和不良反应情况。评价标准100mlCT包括增强质量、不透光性、全身耐受性、局部耐受性和不良反应。结果:全部病例增强质量均为“优”,大脑中动脉和上矢状窦增强前后值改变有极显著性差异(CTP<),全身耐受性和局部耐受性“佳”,不良反应率低,程度轻。0.0005结论:在颅脑增强检查中,国产非离子型造影剂双北极少引起神经系统和心肾功能改变,不良反应低,具有很高的临床安全性、耐CT受性和有效性。
Objective: To evaluate the safety, tolerance and effectiveness of the domestic nonionic contrast medium Iohexol in CT contrast enhancement scanning of the head. Methods: CT contrast enhancement scanning was performed on 258 cases, in which 154 cases were male and 104 cases were female ;142 cases had high-risk factors;253 cases were found to have diseases and 5 cases were normal. All cases were examined with the same equipment and scanning methods, and with the same contrast medium and the same dosage. CT values of arteria cerebri media and superior sagittal sinus were measured. Blood pressure, heart rate and adverse reactions were recorded .The standards of evaluation included the enhancement quality, non-transparency, whole body tolerance, local tolerance and side effects. Results: “” The enhancement qualities in all cases were excellent. The pre-and post-contrast CT values of arteria cerebri media and superior sagittal sinus changed significantly (P<0.0005); the “”whole-body and local tolerance were good; side effects were slight and rare. Conclusion: In CT contrast enhancement scanning of the head, Iohexol has a high clinical safety, tolerance and effectiveness, and few side effects. It rarely causes changes in heart and renal function.
